Thierry Enderlin at Gadus in Cala d'Or, Majorca

French chef Thierry Enderlin trained with the now legendary Alain Ducasse. Thierry offers classic dishes and gives them a modern flair. Now you can taste his artistic and delicious creations at the new Gadus restaurant in Cala d'Or. Miguel Laudat heads up the excellent service and recommends wines.
