Koldo Royo says 'Hasta La Vista'

Koldo Royo says goodbye as he closes his restaurant. One of the most well-known culinary personalities in Spain, he's decided that after two decades of running his restaurant non-stop with partner Mercedes, he needs to 'stop, reflect, and re-evaluate' the next phase of his life.
