We tried two tapas at Restaurant Pepe Pintos Cocinero and interviewed Pepe about the two tapas he's presenting at TaPalma 2008: Tribute to Mallorca and The sweet & sour mushroom toast with truffled velouté. Delicious! (interview in Spanish).

TaPalma 2008, from 8th to 12th of October

TaPalma 2008 is the fourth edition of this Tapas festival in Palma. The idea is to familiarize people with the concept of Tapas and for this reason four routes have been set up which can be followed around the city stopping at participating Palma restaurants for a Tapas.
